Now Renting Parking Spaces for the 2009-10 School Year

We have parking spaces available for rent near the intersection of College Avenue and Atherton Street as well as the 600 and 700 blocks of West College Avenue. Currently leasing for the 2009-10 School Year

We are currently leasing for the 2009-10 school year. Many of our properties have been rented but a couple of 1 bedroom units remain. These units are for single or double occupancy. Check them out by following this link. If you are interested in seeing of one of our properties, call the office immediately to set up a tour. It is our policy not to "hold" houses or apartments while people assemble their groups or get their applications completed.
