Tenants are responsible for electric, cable, internet and phone. All units are unfurnished and pets are not allowed. The nearest laundry is located across the street at West Side Village.

Parking:  Parking is available on site for an additional fee. The parking is a numbered reserved space behind the building and accessed from Calder Way. The August 2010-11 yearly parking fee is $700 due up front in one lump sum when applying. Parking is also available to non-tenants at this location.
