Unit #1: (Apartment #'s 1 & 2) A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement unit with a side entry to the unit. Also there are two entry doors at the back of the house into the parking lot. This unit can accommodate 3 or 4 tenants.
Unit #2: (Apartment #'s 3 & 4) A 2 bedroom 1 bath unit rented along with an adjacent studio apartment that has an additional bathroom. Entry to this unit is off the front porch on the first floor. This unit can accommodate up to 5 tenants.
Unit #3: (Apartment #'s 5 & 6) A two story (2nd and 3rd floors) 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen, 2 living room unit. This unit can accommodate up to 8 tenants.
Notes: There is radiator heat in the building. The heat, hot water, water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal are included in your rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable, internet and phone. All units are unfurnished and pets are not allowed. The nearest laundry is located across the street at West Side Village.
Parking: Parking is available on site for an additional fee. The parking is a numbered reserved space behind the building and accessed from Calder Way.
The 2008-09 school year parking fee is $800 due up front in one lump sum when applying. Parking is also available to non-tenants at this location.
Improvements: Recent improvements to the property include a new roof in 2006, new windows in 2005, new carpets in some units in 2005 and 2007. Unit #4 new kitchen in 2006. Unit #5 new kitchen in 2008. New and remodeled bathrooms and new carpet in unit 1 in 2008.
