Maintenance Information

We make every attempt to handle maintenance items as soon as possible. Please call (814) 238-6656 or Email and we will get right back to you. The exception to this is during move in week in August. Due to the amount of activity during turnover season, it's best to email one list per house and we will prioritize all the concerns. Please be patient with us. We want to get everything fixed for you as soon as we can.


Lease Information

Here is the link to the lease form. It is provided for your information and you are encouraged to read it and/or have your parents read it. A copy will be provided to you after signing. Please note: You will need to have one of your parents co-sign the lease in the form of a Parental Guaranty. We will send the Parental Guaranty to your parents for you. They must return the original, notarized copy to our office to complete the lease process.
