We are now renting parking spaces for the 2013-14 school year. Parking sells out quickly during move in, call us today to reserve your space. 

Our parking lots are located just steps away from West Campus and offer a convenient solution for those in need of parking anywhere near the intersection of College and Atherton. If you need a location near the IST building, The Graduate, West Side Village or anywhere on the West side of town, we have a space for you.

All of our spaces are numbered and reserved.  Spaces rent on a 12 month lease from August to August.  Payment for parking is due upfront in a lump sum payment for the entire year when applying. Our spaces are an affordable alternative the higher priced lots just a few blocks away downtown.

Leasing for the 2014-15 School Year Starts in October

 
It's not too early to start thinking about securing a place for 2014-15. In fact, people are calling us already! Leasing usually begins the first week in October. We send out notices to our current tenants in September to see if they want to renew. Once we know, we update our site with availability. Check back often or follow us on Facebook & Twitter for instant updates on availability as units are leased or become available for rent. Our policy is that current tenants get first dibs on renewing their places and any apartment that is not going to renew will be updated on our site. Please remember that it is also our policy to NOT "hold" apartments or houses while people assemble their groups. If you think you want to rent one of our places, have your group ready and organized and call our office immediately to set up a tour. The time you spend getting your group together is the time that someone else may be renting your
