Now Renting Parking for the 2008-09 School Year

We have spaces available for August 2008- August 2009. The spaces rent for a 12 month term. They are numbered reserved spaces that only you park in. The parking lots are located near the intersection of Beaver and Atherton and in the 600 block of West College Avenue. Call today to lock in your space. These spaces go quickly once summer arrives. Leasing for the 2009-10 School Year begins October 15th!!!

It seems crazy to be thinking about the next school year when this one hasn't even begun yet but we're already getting calls. Leasing will begin for the 2009-10 school year on or about October 15th. The current tenants get first dibs on renewing their house or apartment. We usually start asking our tenants in early to mid October about renewing. Once we hear back from them, we'll update availability on our site. Check back often!!! Places go quickly once they're available.
