State College Borough Nuisance Property Point System & Code Updates

State College has established a system for dealing with nuisance properties within the Borough. As a tenant of one of our properties you are required to familiarize yourself with these rules. There is a specific section in our lease that all tenants must sign indicating that they understand the rules and what legal consequences may arise if they are not followed. All tenants and prospective tenants are encouraged to download and read the document below as it applies to not only our properties but to all properties in State College Borough.

Maintenance Information

Taking care of maintenance issues quickly is a top priority and we pride ourselves in our customer service. Please call (814) 238-6656 or Email and we will get right back to you. Due to the high volume of calls during move in, we ask that you email one list per house. We appreciate your patience. We will get everything taken care of so that you can enjoy your home as soon as possible. Emergency maintenance issues are of the highest priority. If you experience a plumbing leak, toilet overflow, sewer backup or any other flood, fire, explosion or have no heat, please call us immediately. These are situations that will be attended to immediately at anytime of year.

Leasing Information


Lease Information

A Sample Lease is provided for your information and you are encouraged to read it and/or have your parents read it. A copy of your lease will be provided to you after signing. Please note: You will need to have one of your parents co-sign the lease in the form of a Parental Guaranty. We will send the Parental Guaranty to your parents for you. They must return the original, notarized copy to our office to complete the lease process.  


Application Information
 
Each person interested in renting one of our houses or apartments must fill out a Rental Housing Application. Please download the application and fill it out completely. Don't forget to bring it with you when you meet with the property manager.
